New Economies Network Conference Dinner

On Saturday night 2nd September, the New Economy Network Australia (NENA) is co-hosting a site visit and CONFERENCE DINNER at Food Connect, which will include the Brisbane launch of the Organic and Regenerative Investment Cooperative (ORIcoop) and some fantastic art works by the Earth Arts Collective (including a projection of videos/photos and slam poetry). This is a side event connected to the New Economy Conference being held at Southbank from 1-3 September, 2017 - but everyone's welcome to attend the dinner, whether you're able to join us at the conference or not!

This fabulous event will include a tour of the Food Connect food hub and an overview of the consumer-led food movement; a delicious multi-course meal and arts showcase. The cost is $70 per person - and this includes charter bus transport from Southbank to the Food Connect venue and back to Southbank later that evening.

5.30pm - charter bus picks up delegates from QCA Lecture Theatre (conference venue) or make your own way to Food Connect
6.00pm - site visit and short presentation by Rob Pekin
6.30pm - Bar Open for pre-dinner mingle
7.00pm - a fabulous Food Connect Dinner and Brisbane launch of the Organic and Regenerative Investment Cooperative (ORICoop)
7.30pm - Art and the New Economy: work from the Earth Arts Collective: projection of video and photographic art work + slam poetry
9pm - charter bus takes participants back to South Bank or party on.
